Whether it's at your home, a coffee shop, or Leah's office, the buyer's consultation is so important to starting your home buying journey on the right foot. Many Realtors try to rush buyers into houses to get them under contract. Leah will sit down with you and walk you through the entire home buying process. She will listen to your wants and priorities for you next house to set you up on a customized home search that will help you find the perfect house. You can let her know the best ways to communicate with you (and how often) throughout the home buying process. When you leave this appointment you will be so much more confident and knowledgeable about your home buying plan.

Buyer's consultations are relaxed and fun and by the end of the meeting you will have a custom home search, a plan for next steps, and a Realtor that you’ve hired walk with you from consult to closing! If you are a first time home buyer, it can be a good idea to do a buyer’s consult even 12 months before you think you want to buy. For experienced buyers it’s a good idea to do shortly before you’re ready to start checking out potential houses.
